"Poser shit"? :sigh: Metal is metal. There are different genres. I listen to almost all of them and they can sound almost entirely different from one another. In fact, my favorite genre is symphonic power metal, which is a whole different sound than BFMV's metalcore. I also enjoy folk metal, etc. There's no point in arguing with someone who's like that. And it's ridiculous that they run a metal-related group if they're going to be biased.
Yeah, most of all I listen to symphonic metal (EPICA) and metalcore (BFMV). "True" metalheads says that this bands aren't metal! When I saw that kind of comments I just can't pass by this indifference! I fight with haters.
So I agree with you and I think that this group is very funny. They should make a group with maybe "Old metal" or something like that, where thay could submit works with Metallica, Slayer etc.
